To do lists – Simple and Frills

RtmTo do Lists -- we all keep them.  I once worked with a guy who kept an endless "to do" list in a steno notebook.  One item to the line.  When he thought of something "to do" he'd add another line.  At the end of the page he'd turn it over and write the next "to do" -- one to the line.  I worked with him for three years and never saw him cross a line out.  He did finish things but it was never be reflected by his growing to do list. Many of us have love/hate relationships with our to do lists, but since we keep them they might as well be as accessible as possible.  Remember the Milk is an online "to do" list that at it's most simple will help you "remember the milk." Simple: RTM lets you keep track of multiple "to do" lists and has the advantage since it's accessible from the web, you can  access your list from work or home.  RTM is a very straight-forward list keeping site. Rtm-Full Fancy Another version of Remember the Milk is available as a Firefox plugin. If you're a Gmail user, this version will put your "to do" list on the same screen as your Gmail and allow you to mark your email action items for inclusion in your "to do" list.  This is really great if you use Gmail and generate most of your to do's from email.
